Banana Bread

Slice of Banana Bread


  • 5 big ripe bananas
  • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (1/2 cup if you don’t like sweet taste)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 2 big eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • (Optional) 1/2 cup toasted walnut

Cooking Instruction

  • Peel 5 bananas and put them into a bowl cling-wrapped with holes (for vaporing).
  • Microwave the above bowl in 5 minutes
  • Get the all juice from the bowl and pour it into a sauce pan
  • Reduce the juice to 1/4 cup with low heat fire
  • Add 1/2 banana to the bowl that has 5 microwaved bananas and mash them with 2 eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla
  • Mix all purpose flour with salt and baking soda
  • Pour this mixture into the mashed banana bowl and mix them well
  • Slice┬áthe remaining half of the banana diagonally with 1/8 inch thick
  • Coat inside a loaf pan with melted butter so that the banana bread won’t stick to the pan after cooking
  • Put the mixture into a loaf pan
  • Bake it from 45-60 minutes and test it with a wood stick
