Charcoal Grilled Tiger Prawn


  • 1/3 tablespoon of Hot pepper powder
  • 4 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Seafood or chicken seasoning powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder or fine-chopped garlic
  • Approx. 1 pounds of tiger prawn



  • Mix pepper powder, oilive oil, and seasoning powder well
  • Dip the prawn in the mixture
  • Leave the prawn for about 15 minutes
  • Get your charcoal grill ready
  • Grill them for about 2 minutes each side or until they turn red and sweep them with some extra above mixture

Don’t grill more than 5 minutes so that the prawns don’t get dry.
